Experiencing Growth By Coloring Outside The Lines
Deborah Minor Harvey believes that thinking outside the box or simply removing the box is a continuous theme that shows up in the process consulting she provides. In 1989, with her experience and skills in organizational development to anchor her, she founded The Right Source, Inc. She enthusiastically acknowledges that the diverse experiences, institutions and groups she has had the pleasure to engage with, sets her apart from others in her industry... Deborah works in tandem with her clients to create effective and sustainable growth strategies. Her diverse portfolio includes both the nonprofit and for profit sectors. Core service areas include capacity building, leadership development, and strategic reflection, planning and management. Her global influence includes providing business development training and executive coaching to entrepreneurs in Kenya, Macedonia, South Africa and the United Kingdom. As a graduate of Gestalt International Organizationa & Systems Development (OSD) program, she joins professionals from across the globe in the use of Gestalt theory and practice to influence systems in which they work. A native of New Jersey, Ms. Harvey earned her bachelor's degree in secondary education from Montclair State University. Her master's degree in student personnel services is from the same institution of learning. She has completed her coursework in curriculum and instruction as a doctoral student at New York University.
